YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
· Communications skills- both verbal and written
· Excellent telephone manner
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
· Previous administrative experience

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the scheduling of both new and follow-up appointments, utilising electronic
    booking systems such as Careflow and others as necessary.
  2. Manage the reduction and cancellation of clinics as needed.
  3. Organise transportation as required for appointments.
  4. Always ensure accuracy in Referral to Treatment (RTT) patient data.
  5. Address inquiries from staff and the public via phone, email, or in-person, providing advice or appropriate referrals when necessary.
