YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Communications skills- both verbal and written.
· Knowledge of NUH systems, and careflow.
· Experience of booking appointments/liaising with patients over the phone.
· Previous administrative experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Using Careflow PAS or any other relevant electronic booking systems arrange appointments for new and follow up clinics, as instructed by the Community Liver Co-ordinator.
  2. Communicate effectively with the Fibroscan admin and medical team regarding clinic bookings and outcomes.
  3. Ensure Referral to treatment patient data quality is accurate at all times.
  4. Deal appropriately with enquiries, by telephone, email and in person, from staff, patients and the general public, seeking advice or referring elsewhere if necessary.
  5. Manage the demand and capacity within the standard operating practice taking decision to escalate to the Community Liver Co-ordinator any capacity issues.
