About the Role: The Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Counselor is responsible for providing comprehensive, person-centered care through: Ongoing client assessment and individualized treatment planning Facilitating individual sessions, educational sessions, and group counseling Leading an in-person and/or telehealth, co-ed outpatient group Ensuring all practices align with Minnesota Rule 245G and ethical standards You’ll join a collaborative, trauma-informed care team dedicated to ethical, empathetic service. Compensation: Temporarily Licensed: $55,000 – $73,915/year Fully Licensed: $60,000 – $75,000/year Final offer based on license level and experience. Apply Today! Requirements Qualifications: Licensure by the State of Minnesota for Alcohol and Drug Counselor in good standing OR Temporary Permit through the State of Minnesota in good standing. Know and understand the implications of chapter 245G, chapter 245A, and sections 626.556, 626.557 and 626.5572. Physical Requirements: Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, printer, etc. Frequently communicate with employees, managers, patients and other individuals with key relationships. This requires receiving and providing accurate information in these situations. Frequently move around the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and supplies, etc
