Inova Cares for Children is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Ambulatory Manager to join the team. This role will be full time day shift from Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Clinical RN Manager Job Responsibilities: Collaborates with the Director of Outpatient Practices or other designated leader to successfully resolve issues within established deadlines. Coordinates Provider office schedules. Monitors patient volumes, patient access, and level of patient service to ensure patient satisfaction. Ensures regulatory compliance with federal and/or state authorities as well as all other external governing authorities. Oversees and monitors the performance of front-end Revenue Cycle functions (i.e. insurance verification, registration, co-pay collection, and charge entry) to ensure compliance with sound accounting practices. Partners with related departments such as Physician Billing, Patient Financial Services, and Medical Records to identify opportunities for financial improvement. Oversees Outpatient Practice in conjunction with the Director of Outpatient Practices or other designated leader to ensure it is performing effectively, which may include but is not limited to, hiring and training team members, creating and implementing business strategies, managing the performance of team members, and delegating tasks. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
