How you’ll contribute Greeting patients and ensuring a positive initial experience Communicating program expectations & addressing concerns Scheduling assessments Scheduling admissions Thorough oversight of patient admission documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Inputting patient and program data into Medik, maintaining data integrity Following up with referrals and documenting communication Calling on absent patients, ensuring their well-being and addressing any issues Calling non-emergency wellness checks for unreachable patients Send accurate billing reports in a timely manner Qualifications and requirements • Associate’s Degree in related field preferred. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education. • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. • Moderate communication skills and ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems. • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and healthcare administrative policies.
