Description Outpatient Counselor, Therapist I or II Conifer Park is looking for a Counselor/Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Troy, NY. As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload. Schedules: Full Time - 40 Hous per Week. Range: 7:00am- 7:00pm Requirements Counselor Requirements: Associates Degree in Chemical Dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience, Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification, CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire Therapist I Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with one year related experience, CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire Therapist II Requirements: Master’s Degree in related field, Current LMHC or LMSW with one year of experience, CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire We offer competitive wages, benefits, and a pension plan in a supportive working environment.
