POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages • Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and community-based services • Mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization serving the community for more than 40 years • Opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in stable outpatient environment • Collaborative clinical setting with provider autonomy COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000 • Student Loan Repayment: $50,000 – $110,000 • Pennsylvania State Loan Repayment eligibility SCHEDULE • Monday – Friday schedule • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM standard schedule • One weekly 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift • No weekend clinic requirement ROLE • Provide full-scope outpatient family medicine care • Manage preventive medicine and chronic conditions • Treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations • Address behavioral health awareness and community healthcare needs • Work collaboratively within mission-focused outpatient clinical team ENVIRONMENT • Established nonprofit community health organization • Mission-driven outpatient practice setting • Supportive interdisciplinary clinical team • Community-focused healthcare environment • Average patient volume up to 18 patients daily BENEFITS • Health insurance with 75% employer contribution • Dental and vision insurance • Four weeks paid time off • Ten paid holidays • Five CME days annually • 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match Requirements • Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED • Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED or willing to obtain • Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED • Outpatient primary care experience preferred • Mission-driven community healthcare mindset preferred Not ready to formally apply?
