POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient-only Family Medicine role caring for patients across the lifespan • Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care • Supported by full administrative team structure • No nights, no weekends, and no inpatient responsibilities referenced • Stable weekday schedule within established outpatient primary care setting WHY PHYSICIANS ARE INTERESTED • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule • No nights or weekends • Up to $50,000 student loan repayment • Full outpatient panel • Full clinical autonomy • CME reimbursement plus paid CME days • Relocation assistance available • Established support staff structure SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM • No nights • No weekends COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary up to $220,000 annually • Student loan repayment up to $50,000 • Health insurance with 80% employer-paid premium • Dental and vision insurance • 401(k) with 3% employer match • 15 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays • CME reimbursement: $1,500 plus 5 CME days • Life insurance • $2,500 relocation allowance ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages • Manage preventive visits, chronic disease care, and acute primary care needs • Maintain continuity of care within outpatient panel-based setting • Collaborate with administrative and support teams to coordinate patient care • Complete clinical documentation within outpatient practice environment ENVIRONMENT • Outpatient Family Medicine setting • Administrative support staff in place • Community-based primary care model • Richmond metropolitan practice environment • Predictable weekday clinical structure ABOUT HEARTLINE STAFFING Heartline Staffing partners with healthcare organizations nationwide to connect physicians with opportunities focused on outpatient practice models, schedule stability, and long-term alignment.
