This is an Hourly position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Outpatient Hospitality Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and mission partners within an assigned area. Provides patient and family centered services and assistance, such as giving information, direction, valet service and patient transport. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED Experience: 1 year of experience working with basic computer systems/applications, for example, email and internet Licensure/ Certification: Current state driver's license Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
