Your Role As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will: * Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. * Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. * Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups or families with a wide range of presenting concerns. * Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes and treatment plans. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. * Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients. What You’ll Need  * Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. * Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota -additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus! * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment. * Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.
