OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Independent Mental Health Therapist(LISW, or LPCC licensure) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals in an office setting. The Mental Health Therapist will play a crucial role in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate records.

EXPERIENCE

  • A master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with group therapy techniques and patient care best practices is essential.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation processes and data collection methods is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds are crucial for success in this role.
