Job Title: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Location: Aledo, IL (Note: This is our newest program in IL that just opened up in April 2026.) Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program Salary: Up to $80,000 depending upon experience Population: Older adults, ages 65+ Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) Supervision Available: Psychiatric Medical Care provides supervision for provisionally licensed therapists / social workers / counselors. This is a chance to do impactful clinical work in a close-knit community, supporting seniors through group therapy, connection, and mental health care that truly changes lives.
