Description
Description The Position and The Company Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing outpatient musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists, PT, at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. What Does Your PT Role Look Like? Manage a Balanced Outpatient Caseload: Top performers treat an average of 11-12 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact the patient outcomes. Autonomy in Rehab Treatment: You’ve invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. We give you the freedom to treat using innovative approaches and apply the skills you’ve gained through continuing education to deliver the best possible outcomes. Collaborate with a High-Level Team: Work alongside experienced therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab. Why Choose Us? Less Time Documenting: Our providers report an increased work-life balance through an AI-driven, HIPAA compliant EMR platform that reduces documentation time. Ownership and Growth Opportunities: Join our Director Pathway which teaches you how to manage an outpatient clinic. Being a director comes with ownership opportunity in Mountain Land PT as a whole. You will also have access to other Pathways such diagnostic imaging or internal continuing education that promotes advanced certifications such as becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Pay: $77,000 - $85,000 base with options to receive up over $100,000 with revenue sharing Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, 22–27 days of paid days off, CEU support, gym incentives, full reimbursement for board certification, internal diagnostic imaging certification, and sever other great benefits.
