QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
  • Experience in various settings such as geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with discharge planning processes and care plan development for diverse patient populations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a focus on individual patient needs.
