PRIMARY THERAPIST – PHP/IOP (ADOLESCENT PROGRAM)

Danville, CA | Full-Time | Onsite
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Thursday flexible to work 9-5:30 pm or 11am–7pm, Friday 9am–5pm (Closed weekends)
Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP outpatient facility in Danville, CA. We offer high-quality, evidence-based treatment to adolescents struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues.

As a Primary Therapist, you’ll play a key role in helping teens heal and grow. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered Associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) or Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California
  • Experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or strong interest in learning
  • Strong clinical judgment and boundaries
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a manageable caseload (including individual and family therapy sessions)
  • Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
  • Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments for new admissions
  • Attend weekly treatment team meetings and present clinical cases
  • Document all services thoroughly and on time in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Collaborate with families and the Discharge Coordinator to support effective aftercare planning
