As Outpatient Psychiatrist - of CHM you will be liable to perform the following job duties: Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients Provide on-going medication management Treatment of patients in accordance with regulations and group policy Provide on-going medication management Treat conditions appropriate to outpatient psychiatry Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers Complete documentation as required and progress notes need to be completed on the same day of service. CHM will pay the employee for a given service if and only if clinical documentation is received within 24 hours of said service. Responsibilities
