POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing behavioral healthcare for children and adults. Develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating closely with primary care providers, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and integrated behavioral health teams. Provide crisis intervention, behavioral health education, and evidence-based psychiatric care within a collaborative outpatient practice. Maintain accurate documentation utilizing Epic electronic medical records. Practice within an integrated Federally Qualified Health Center committed to expanding behavioral healthcare access throughout underserved communities. Choose between a traditional five-day schedule or a flexible four-day workweek. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive annual salary from $195,000-$295,000 based on experience. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $110,000. Medical insurance with more than 70% employer-paid premiums. Strong collaboration, communication, and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities
