Position: Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Clinician Company/Location: Kentucky River Community Care/Perry Outpatient Clinic Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Credentials: CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPP, CADC Special skills: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work Primary Functions: Provide screening, assessment, an diagnosis impression interviews of consumers. Provide individual and group counseling/therapy to consumers and families. Provide psychosocial evaluations. Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Provide consultation/education/emergency services. Other duties as assigned by division director, program director (if applicable) and/or administrative supervisor.
