Description Outpatient Therapist II Conifer Park is looking for a Therapist level II to join our Outpatient Team in Glens Falls, NY. As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload. Sign on bonus for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP) Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift. Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 1 Year and 2 year) The following QHPs are eligible for sign on bonus: LMSW, LMHC, or LCSWS Schedule: Monday - Fridays Within the range: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Requirements Therapist II Requirements: Master’s Degree in related field, Current LMHC or LMSW with one year of experience, CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.
