MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is seeking an experienced Therapist to work out of our office in North Chesterfield, Virginia. The Therapist will provide in-person counseling to meet our growing demand for in-person therapy. Some virtual therapy will also be offered, depending on the need. MySpectrum offers outpatient therapy to children, adults, families, and couples with a variety of mental health and substance use needs. The ideal Therapist for this position will be open to working with a varied client base, and eager to offer a safe and healing therapeutic environment. Job Summary: The Outpatient Therapist will provide outpatient therapy in an office setting. The standard caseload for Full-time Therapists will be approximately 30 clients. As the primary responsibility will be to provide clinical services to clients, MySpectrum offers the most effective tools to do so. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide Outpatient Therapy in standard 50-60 minute blocks Complete Initial Assessments Complete Treatment Plans Complete Progress Notes Be an integral part of the team through collaboration and communication Qualifications and Skills: Must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels Registered Play Therapist highly desired Benefits and Perks: The office hours are 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work within these hours as you choose in order to fulfill the required 30 hours of client time per week. Compensation based on a 60/40 split; the more you work, the more you earn!
