Position: Full-Time Benefit Eligible: Yes Join Our Team – Outpatient Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? We're seeking an Outpatient Wound Care RN to provide specialized care for patients with acute and chronic wounds in a collaborative outpatient setting. What You'll Do Assess and treat acute and chronic wounds. Develop and manage individualized wound care treatment plans. Assist with wound care procedures and advanced therapies. Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention. Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to achieve the best patient outcomes. Qualifications Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN required; BSN preferred). Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program Associate of Science Nursing Degree required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Possess a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license active in the state of Nebraska. One to two years of clinical nursing experience preferred. Previous experience in wound care, medical-surgical nursing, home health, long-term care or outpatient specialty clinics preferred. Experience with advanced wound care modalities preferred.
Responsibilities
Assess and treat acute and chronic wounds while developing individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare providers to educate patients and families on wound prevention and recovery.
