What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit an Outpatients Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team.
As the Outpatients Coordinator Clinical Operations, you will play a crucial role in the Clinical Operations team by supporting the productivity and efficiency of resources. You will be responsible for day-to-day capacity management of our outpatient rooms across 3 sites, ensuring that activity is coordinated in an efficient and effective way in partnership with the outpatients nursing team and Head of Outpatients. You will work closely with the Institute Operations Managers and their Chairs to ensure capacity for weekly scheduled sessions aligns to clinical service needs. You will facilitate ad hoc availability for consultants with support where necessary from the Institute Operations Managers.
