Description CDA National Reserve proudly offers the following benefits: 401k Eligible Holiday Pay Eligible End of year bonus eligible Pay Range: $19.00 per hour Anticipated employment period: May 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026, Responsibilities and Duties: •Maintain a clean and safe work environment. •Be outgoing and involved with members and guests. •Uphold the Club’s policies and procedures both personally, and with your staff. •Ensure the Fitness Center is clean and organized; organize dumbbells, weight plates, and bars. •Actively supervise the free weight area, cardio area, and rock wall. • Serve as a first responder in emergency situations and follow emergency protocols set by CDA National. • Perform opening and closing procedures. • Stock and maintain adequate gym supplies such as water, supplies, and towels. • Assists with special events in other Company departments when necessary. • Check children in and out of camp. • Supervise, lead, and support campers as they participate in activities. • Monitor campers to ensure their safety and adherence to safety policies. • Clean, maintain and ensure proper use of camp facilities and equipment. • Provide an enjoyable experience for each camper. • Express clear expectations and hold children accountable for adhering to them. • Help children to develop positive self-esteem and sense of self-worth. • Consistently demonstrate and reinforce the values of caring, respect, honesty, etc. • Always attend to campers; never leave them unattended. • Assist with duties relating to other departments such as Food & Beverage, Grounds, or Facility Maintenance. • Assist with projects and duties relating to other Recreation department initiatives. Requirements High level of organization, time management and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must operate efficiently in a fast dynamic environment. Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergencies. Possess a CPR/First Aid certification or be willing and able to obtain one.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include maintaining clean and safe work environments for fitness areas and camp facilities, supervising members, guests, and campers, and performing opening/closing procedures. The attendant must also act as a first responder in emergencies and assist other departments as needed.
