Anticipated employment period: April 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026 CDA National Reserve is hiring Seasonal Bartenders and Seasonal Servers for our Outpost! Come and join our Amazing Team! CDA National provides a private living experience in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, overlooking the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene and surrounded by the beauty of a world-class golf course. As an exclusive golf club recognized for its beauty, breadth of amenities, and sense of community, CDA National provides members and their guests with a personal and professionally managed overall experience. Responsibility/Areas and Duties: Take accurate meal and beverage orders, announce specials, and makes appropriate suggestions. Sets up the side station and performs assigned side (prep) work. Distributes food and wine menus Answers members’ and guests’ questions regarding menu items. Efficiently serves food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner; offers daily specials and wine and beverage suggestions. Places orders with kitchen; informs cooks about any special cooking instructions. Checks back to ensure member and guest satisfaction. Builds relationships with members and guests. Work well with your colleagues, managers and ownership. Clears tables after each course and resets them with appropriate silverware. Presents dessert menus, suggests, and serves dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks. Verifies accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips, and other charges on all checks. Presents the bill; handles all member and credit card charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures. Keeps dining room and service station areas clean. Resets tables that have been vacated. Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur. Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the Manager. Attends pre-meal meetings as requested by the Management. Education, Training and Skills Requirements High school diploma, G.E.D. or work equivalent. High level of organization, time management and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal Must operate efficiently in a fast dynamic environment. Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner. Knowledge of basic food preparation principles. Awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions and skilled in following food safety practices. Knowledge of and ability to perform required roles during emergencies. Food safety certification. Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (19 y/o). Alcoholic beverage certification. Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and move about freely in a multi-floor building and open space. The employee is frequently required to visually observe the condition of their surroundings. He/she is routinely required to bend, stoop, stand, walk, carry, and lift objects weighing 50 pounds or less. It is inevitable that other duties will arise sometimes.
