Description Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, community-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide outreach, education, and support to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness who are living with mental illness or co-occurring conditions. You’ll also build strong partnerships with local agencies to improve access to treatment, services, and housing.
