Description Job Summary: The Outreach and Enrollment Specialist conducts outreach activities to educate the community about available healthcare services, assists individuals with program enrollment, and ensures patients understand their coverage options and benefits. The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for medical and dental patients and is responsible for welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, entering medical record data, and taking payments. Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 18 years of age or older Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Certified Application Counselor (CAC) experience preferred; must be willing to complete training and certification to become a CAC within a designated timeframe. Knowledge of insurance programs and public coverage options preferred Medical or dental reception experience preferred, but not required Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills Ability to identify, prioritize, and complete tasks with limited supervision. Reliable transportation. Limited travel to other sites for cross-coverage possible (
