IBMC is looking for a highly experienced Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist with a deep understanding of the financial and prop trading industry. This role is not about mass emailing generic addresses such as info@ or support@. In this space, over 99% of prop firm owners and decision-makers operate behind the scenes and do not publicly present themselves on LinkedIn or other social media platforms. Your mission is to design and execute smart, creative, multi-channel outreach strategies that successfully reach real decision-makers within the prop trading ecosystem, despite these constraints. Responsibilities Develop and execute advanced outreach strategies tailored specifically to the prop trading Industry Identify and reach prop firm owners, founders, or key decision-makers who are not publicly visible Go beyond generic email outreach and create multi-channel strategies (LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, private communities, referrals, databases, etc.) Research and map the prop trading ecosystem to uncover real contacts Personalize outreach messages to maximize response and conversion rates Track outreach performance, response rates and continuously optimize strategies Work closely with the sales and management team to qualify and hand over high-quality leads Proven experience in outreach and lead generation within the prop trading, brokerage, trading, fintech, or financial services industry Strong understanding of the prop firm business model and its unique challenges Demonstrated ability to reach hard-to-access decision-makers Creative, strategic thinker who does not rely on standard templates or mass outreach Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written English and communication skills Self-driven, structured and results-oriented What This Role Is Not This is not a generic SDR role This is not mass emailing info@ or support@ addresses This is not basic LinkedIn scraping and templated outreach Work with a fast-growing tech company deeply embedded in the Financial Industry High impact role with real ownership over outreach strategy Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Fully remote and flexible working environment
