We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team, as part of The Open Door Project, Newport.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To work as part of an outreach team taking shared responsibility for delivering our programme of support, working on outreach, operating our drop in provision and visiting individuals in temporary accommodation sites across Newport.
Taking a collaborative approach, working with a wide variety of statutory and voluntary partners, supporting homeless people.
