JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join a school based in Hillingdon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, engaging students in the curriculum, and promoting their academic and personal growth.
The school are looking for a English teacher who can provide outreach support for students who are currently unable to attend school due to medical reasons. You will be required to attend these students homes to provide 1 to1 tuition.
A car driver is essential as you may have several student that you will be supporting across the borough.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the English Language and Literature curriculum relevant to the age group being taught.
  • Car driver with valid driving license
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience in classroom management techniques
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide outreach tuition to students outside of school
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
