This is a great fit for someone that has experience building teams, supporting Community Outreach Consultants, finding new locations to operate in and has an ambition and drive to back it up. You will have to be a people person who can motivate agents to reach their full potential and lead by example. As a Territory Outreach Manager you have to think quick on your feet and outside the box. You are in charge of your own success!

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Outreach Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a designated territory, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and territory management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role.
• Strong skills in account management and business development.
• Ability to conduct effective inside sales and direct sales activities.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Recruit, onboard and support Community Outreach Consultants
• Identify new low income locations to setup
• Pick up, distribute, and manage inventory
• Utilize various systems for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
