We’re seeking a compassionate Outreach Worker to join our Street Yarning program in Armadale. This role offers you the opportunity to support vulnerable individuals through brief interventions, mentoring, and practical assistance such as food, clothing, and referrals.
You’ll build trusted relationships and deliver culturally competent, inclusive support—making a real impact in people’s lives. This is a full-time, fixed-term position working Monday to Friday with varied hours to meet the needs of the community.
