Outside Client Relationship Specialist
Job Summary:
Web Fire Communications, Inc. (WFC) has opportunities for sales professionals within the Wichita Falls and surrounding areas. The Outside Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) interacts with both new prospects and existing company customers; addressing technology inquiries and providing tailored solutions. The CRS Primary focus will be identifying, qualifying, and aligning prospects with Web Fire’s service offerings; including Managed IT, networking equipment, computers, peripherals, and other offerings. Identifying new opportunities within Web Fire’s current customer base is also encouraged and supported. In addition to sales, the successful candidate might be asked to assist with managerial tasks and duties on occasion. This is related to Project management and service delivery as needed.
Compensation for this position is a base hourly wage plus commissions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and/or respond to customer opportunities with appropriate proposal for goods and services
  • Sets appointments; holds in-person, as well as virtual meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Maintains customer accounts along with records of customer interactions including details of inquiries and/or comments within WFC Line of Business applications.
  • Work with a team of technicians and engineers to design and develop IT solutions for clients.
  • Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
  • Assists with answering phone and email communications as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. Includes but not limited to: Administrative, sales follow-up, etc.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills including active listening.
  • Ability to understand technical services and the ability to discuss IT service/offerings in as simple terms as possible.
  • Proficient with workplace technology and associated software - Microsoft 365 suite, computers, phones, etc.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Excellent prioritization and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • 2-years Sales Account Management experience a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Experience with computer networking or technical sales preferred but not required.
  • Experience using ConnectWise PSA and CPQ a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
