OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and EXPERIENCED FIELD MANAGER to oversee our team and ensure the execution of success. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage team dynamics, facilitate communication, and drive production. The ideal candidate will possess excellent public speaking skills and a background in conflict management, as well as experience in customer service and OUTSIDE SALES. WE ARE SPECIFICALLY SEEKING AN INDIVIDUAL WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OVERSEEING TEAMS IN DIRECT SALES IN THE ENERGY/CABLE/TELECOMMUNICATIONS FIELDS.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in leadership role or similar position.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent conflict management abilities to navigate team dynamics effectively.
  • Background in customer service and DIRECT SALES.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
