POSITION SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is to create a warm, friendly, and clean environment for all Hunters Run members and guests ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Members and Guests. * Ability to lift golf bags up to 25 pounds and return them to their proper position daily. * Assist with setup/breakdown of the driving range when assigned. * Assist with picking and organizing golf balls on the driving range when assigned. * Chipping area properly opened/closed every day and maintained throughout the day. * Member facing interactions with members who warm up, practice and/or using Toptracer technology. * Maintain a clean environment on the driving range tees * Ensure all clocks are working properly and set at the correct time. * Wipe down all hitting stations prior to the day’s 1st customer. * Clean Drinking Water both North/South driving ranges every day. * Ensure chairs provided for Members/Guests are clean and in the proper positions. * Ensure that all signs posted are clean, neat, and legible. * Ensure the accuracy of the information on the yardage measuring devices are accurate. * Ensure club cleaners have clean water and a brush every day. Education / Experience * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
