Description Belle Haven Country Club is dedicated to providing its members with an exceptional full-service private club experience featuring a superb 18-hole golf course, superior tennis facilities and programs, excellent recreational and social activities, and enviable dining experiences. The Outside Operations Shift Leader is to supervise the activities of the Outside Golf Operations staff. This individual is responsible for overseeing the operation to ensure the highest possible level of service is being provided for our members and their guests. Requirements Ensure that the golf operation is opened or closed and handled in a safe and secure manner. Supervise staff and make sure that every member and guest is greeted and assisted as they arrive and leave the club. Supervise staff to ensure that all golf carts are maintained as scheduled and are mechanically sound. Conduct minor preventative maintenance on golf cars and maintain the appropriate records for their maintenance. Routinely inspect golf cart batteries and battery chargers to ensure that they are in proper working order. Work closely with the Professional Pro's on all golf-related activities. Schedule golf starters and other staff under direct supervision to adhere to payroll/budgetary guidelines. Special projects or other duties as assigned by the Professional golf staff. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
The Outside Operations Shift Leader is responsible for supervising the Outside Golf Operations staff to ensure the highest level of service is provided to members and guests. This includes overseeing opening/closing procedures and ensuring the proper maintenance of golf carts.
