OVERVIEW

The Outside Service Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. This position involves interacting with members and assisting with their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for engaging with people of all ages; passion for golf is a bonus.

REQUIREMENTS

-Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
-Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests of all ages.
-Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
-Holds a valid drivers license
-Ability to work weekday mornings

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

-Stage golf carts for assignment ensuring their service-readiness and safety
-Load bags from Bag Storage onto carts and ready the cart for assigned member
-Transport range balls to each end of the range and fill appropriate containers
-Setup, service and maintain range area as directed
-Operate tractor and ball picker on range and wash range balls
-Clean clubs & store bags safely in assigned rack in Bag Storage
-Check & clean returned carts; store carts directed ensuring any keys are returned to the Golf Shop andelectric carts are placed on charge
-Clean clubs for members and guests; clean and maintain rental equipment
