About the Role We are seeking friendly, motivated, and service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Golf Staff team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for our members and guests. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and providing top-tier service, this is a great opportunity. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner Provide bag service, including loading and unloading golf bags Clean, stage, and store golf carts Maintain driving range (picking, washing, and setting balls) Assist with practice facilities and course set-up Keep staging areas, cart barn, and practice facilities clean and organized Support golf operations staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry golf bags (up to 40 lbs) Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Prior golf or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Schedule Flexible scheduling, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Seasonal and year-round positions available What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Golf privileges (where applicable) Meals A professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the golf and hospitality industry Requirements Must have a high school education or equivalent • Must be computer literate in Microsoft products and adaptable to POS systems • Must have strong interpersonal skills • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English
