We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in driving NEW business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for NEW business development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, and managing the new customer accounts.

  • Produce sales of flame resistant workwear and commercial laundry services through the following;
  • Identify and pursue NEW BUSINESS opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Travel within the territory to ensure a local presence and understanding of clients and competitors
  • Understand the regional marketplace; develop growth with focus on the coverall and commercial laundry market
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize a funnel tool for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
