Job Description:
As an Outside Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of our campground grounds, buildings, and equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of public areas, cabins, RV sites, fire pits, and recreational zones
• Carry out repairs on picnic tables, fences, water and sewer hook-ups, etc.
• Operate power tools and small equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers
• Maintain cleanliness of garbage areas and assist with refuse collection
• Monitor and address safety hazards across the campground
• Assist guests with minor service requests or maintenance concerns
• Support special projects and seasonal setups (e.g., pool prep, winterization)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or construction preferred
• Comfortable with physical work, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and outdoor conditions
• Ability to work independently and follow task lists
• Positive attitude and good communication with guests and team
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Weekends and holidays required
• Seasonal contract with potential for extension
