Founded in 2017, TheirCare has grown from a single flagship service in Melbourne to delivering high-quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Holiday Programs across Australia. Our mission is to enrich communities and support families throughout the year.

As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You’ll:

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children 5 - 12 years of age.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.

Hours: 6:45am – 9:00am & 2:15pm – 6:00pm, plus weekly admin hours!
Monday to Friday only — no weekend work!
