As the Outside Operations Manager at Lytegen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all outdoor operations, ensuring that our projects are executed seamlessly. This management position is responsible for leading a team of field staff and contractors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. You will be the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, navigating on-site challenges while fostering a culture of efficiency and responsiveness. Your leadership will directly contribute to the successful delivery of our projects and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise outdoor operations and field teams. Develop operational plans and ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and implement improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams. Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a construction or field-related environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing on-site teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
