We are seeking a passionate and proactive Sales and Account Manager to drive our B2B growth initiatives. You will play a key role in developing client relationships and identifying opportunities that drive long-term, sustainable growth. In this role, you will work closely with the Manager, Marketing, and Sales teams to create solutions and strategies that generate real impact. Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of prior sales experience.
- Experience in Landscape is a necesary.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- Experience in project management, leadership, and logistics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft, and other software tools.
Responsibilities:
- Research the market to identify new business opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Conduct ongoing market research.
- Establish meaningful and lasting relationships with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design strategies that meet market and client needs.
- Track and review business performance periodically, making adjustments to stay on track.
- Negotiate contractual terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Oversee project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.
- Make presentations to potential clients and internal executives.
- Work with the owner-manager to create rate proposals.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process.
- Prepare and present sales contracts.
