We’re growing—and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Outside Account Manager to join our team and help expand our market presence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in your territory.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hydraulic and industrial solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and quoting to closing and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial supply or hydraulics.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for solving customer problems.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory (company vehicle provided).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
