QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 - 2 years of quota-carrying experience
  • 2 or more years of experience selling B2B and supporting clients through the sales process.
  • Must have a High Energy Level
  • Track record of high achievement and consistent career growth
  • The ability to make friends easily
  • Possess a keen attention to detail and a Do-It-Right mentality
  • Strong Commitment to providing an exceptional Customer Journey
  • Experience building and managing a pipeline through a CRM, preferably SalesForce.com.
  • Must be comfortable with iOS, modern computers, and business software. This role requires the ability to quickly learn and work effectively in platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, and Conquer Voice without extensive training
  • Willing to Provide a car for sales travel within the Territory during training (Expenses Paid)
  • Willing to Travel 2 to 4 nights per month (All Expenses Paid) 250 Miles

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Respond Immediately to the daily flow of hot leads provided by our strong Social Media presence.
  • Help Solve Problems and educate prospective buyers with our industry leading solutions.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities through phone, email, and video and personal visits.
  • Maintain and Grow our Loyal Customer Base by Building Relationships and Solving Problems
  • Use Salesforce to effectively maintain an accurate pipeline of all sales opportunities, contacts and account history

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle - Advance sales opportunities from Sales Qualified Leads to Closed Revenue
  • Complete New Business Development Calls in person to grow our book of business
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within Salesforce, our CRM system
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts.
  • Have High energy – Be Self-motivated and self-managed
  • Have the ability to overcome objections and create solutions to solve problems
  • Solving Problems while being a subject matter expert
  • Assuring our Customers have an Amazing Journey
