OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, driving business development initiatives, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on cabinets and stone solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in account management.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with basic tools, cabinet making and stone surfaces is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership qualities, self starter.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to business development, demonstrating initiative in identifying new opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives.
