Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Associate, you will serve as a high-performing, self driven salesperson. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and customer-facing roles, is goal-oriented, and passionate about producing results. Requirements Responsibilities: Personal Sales · Engage and build relationships with customers in our 7,000 sq. ft. showroom. · Develop a personal book of business through outreach, referrals, and exceptional customer service. · Identify customer needs and recommend solutions across a wide range of indoor and outdoor luxury appliances. · Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends. · Maintain thorough follow-up with customers pre- and post-sale. --- Qualifications: · Proven track record in sales, ideally in appliances, luxury home goods, or similar retail sectors. · A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM and POS systems. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends and holidays. · Self-starter who thrives on achieving goals and earning commissions.
