POSITION OVERVIEW

Drexel Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at our Shadeland Avenue location. This role combines relationship building, business development, and interior design expertise to drive sales growth in the commercial and residential markets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales
3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, or related field
Strong knowledge of commercial and residential interior products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the interior design or furniture industry
Established relationships with local architects, designers, or contractors
Knowledge of space planning and design principles
Experience with project management
