In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored packaging solutions that drive customer success. Ideal candidates are self-motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in B2C sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. * Introduce innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and expand market presence. * Identify client needs and recommend tailored packaging solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. * Proactively seek sales opportunities and cross-sell additional services. * Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales with new and existing clients. * Partner with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Manage customer programs effectively through consistent communication and follow-up. * Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth goals. Compensation Structure: * A base salary is provided during the first year to support onboarding, training, and market development. * Starting in year two, compensation will transition to a commission-based structure tied directly to your sales performance, offering significant earning potential. Qualifications * Experience in corrugated packaging or packaging solutions is highly preferred. * Valid U.S. work authorization required. * Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. * Willingness to reside in or near the Phoenix, AZ area. * Previous cold-calling experience is preferred. * A proactive, self-driven approach to business development and sales success.
