As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling residential and commercial security solutions in Montgomery, AL, and surrounding markets, using both self-generated leads and company-provided leads. You’ll be tasked with cultivating relationships with existing customers, building new partnerships within the community, and meeting sales goals in an assigned territory. Location: Montgomery, AL
Total compensation: Total compensation includes a base salary plus commissions, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $75,000 - $80,000 +.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
  • License/Certification: Valid driver’s license (required)

  • Sales & Marketing: Promote Preventia’s security solutions to potential clients in your assigned territory.
  • Prospecting & Networking: Actively prospect new residential and light commercial customers. Attend networking and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage an existing book of business to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • CRM Management: Keep customer relationship management (CRM) data up to date, ensuring accurate tracking of all sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operational team to ensure a smooth handoff for closed sales and successful customer onboarding.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed and be a student of the sales process to improve your skills.
