Customer Service Representative Overview: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive customer engagement, lead management, and effective coordination with the outside sales team. This role focuses on revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence by managing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of all sales. Requirements Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation tools such as Dodge Construction Network, CRM systems, and market research. Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects across assigned territories in Florida. Conduct client visits, presentations, and site assessments to understand customer needs and recommend effective solutions. Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through closing and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project execution, delivery, and post-sale support. Customer Service & Professionalism Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and respect in all interactions. Address customer questions, challenges, and service need promptly with a solution-oriented approach. Maintain a positive company image through strong communication and reliable follow-through. Actively seek feedback and coaching to drive professional growth and continuous improvement Customer Service Representative: Key Responsibilities of Sales & Revenue Performance • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products, customers, or territories. • Utilize company tools (CRM, Dodge app, or lead spreadsheets) to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. • Convert leads into revenue by maintaining consistent follow-up and professional communication. • Collaborate with outside sales and management to strategize and execute sales initiatives. Customer Service & Relationship Management • Provide timely, accurate quotes and ensure all customer inquiries are handled efficiently. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Maintain thorough product knowledge to support customer decisions and drive-up selling opportunities.
